The 2024 Leaders in Technology Consulting: Ebony Jones

Ebony is an Inclusion and Diversity Leader and Champion within and for Accenture Federal Services. Shaped by her personal and professional experiences, Ebony has a deep-rooted passion for I&D and is a firm believer that 1) every person should own their experiences and be comfortable with (and enabled to) bringing these experiences and their truths into their various environments, to include the workplace. 2) representation matters and is one step of many in enabling opportunities for persons of all backgrounds 3) as you ascend in your various career and life paths, you should ensure that you're bringing others along with you. 4) being inclusive and diverse also means ensuring that there is equity, not just equality.

Ebony leverages her experience as a leader within AFS and her experiences leading Inclusion and Diversity efforts to fuel her role as the AFS I&D Program lead. Ebony has served as a program/project manager supporting projects within Engineering, Digital Brand Marketing, Products and Innovation, and Human Resources client organizations. In these roles, Ebony has served as a trusted advisor to her clients leading and driving end-to-end multi-channel solution design, online customer experience optimization, and HR transformation efforts to launch new online products and services.
