National consulting & advisory expert to lead transaction advisory services.
Palm Tree LLC, an investment banking and financial consultancy to middle market businesses, has announced the appointment of Britton Woolf as Managing Director, leading its Transaction Advisory Services discipline. In this role, Mr. Woolf will apply his extensive financial due diligence experience to lead teams advising both private equity firms and corporate clients through strategic events.

Based in New York, Mr. Woolf has 20 years of experience advising clients on their buy and sell-side transactions across a broad range of industries and deal sizes. He has advised clients on a range of different situations including global carve-outs, public-to-private, distressed and dispute resolution. Mr. Woolf has significant experience working with private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, investment banks and corporate acquirers. Prior to joining Palm Tree, Mr. Woolf held positions with Alvarez & Marsal and PwC.

Mr. Woolf earned his MBA in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Accounting.
