Sean Pavlidis is a Managing Partner at Level5 Strategy with over a decade of experience working with clients across private and public sectors, from startups experiencing growing pains to established multinationals facing unprecedented changes in their business environment. His breadth of industry experience helps him push clients' thinking beyond traditional industry norms, unlock potential, and guide them toward sustainable growth.

Sean is a meticulous long-term strategist who believes that business transformation results from an accumulation of small, day-to-day changes made at an individual level. His strategy implementation is built on recognizing desired behaviors, removing roadblocks to change, and constantly reinforcing the vision for the future.

Outside of project work, Sean is a Board Member of community organizations and regularly contributes to his blog, Whiteboard Walks. A father of two, and an amateur carpenter, on weekends Sean can usually be found building something or fixing something his kids broke.
