The 2024 Rising Stars of the Profession: Samantha Abraham

Samantha is a Health Care & Life Sciences Director within KPMG's Transaction Strategy Practice and is based out of Tysons Corner, Virginia. She has over 14 years of experience including over 7 years as a U.S. Naval Officer and seven years providing integration and separation leadership on large-scale complex transactions. Recently, Samantha led a team focused on a large life sciences client — from its multibillion dollar major divestiture to its full resulting transformation — and she currently leads a global law firm integration working with international clients and KPMG colleagues.

Samantha earned her B.S. degree in Biology from Villanova University and an MBA from Georgetown University. While in the Navy, Samantha served as a Surface Warfare Officer, an Engineer and Navigator on U.S. Navy Destroyers and deployed three times.

She is a mother, a veteran and a KPMG leader committed to the mentoring and development of her teams at KPMG.
