Sakshi Banker is the director of data science and analytics in AArete's Digital & Technology practice. Sakshi brings 10 years of experience to client engagements and is passionate about health economics and health equity.
Sakshi's career highlights include reshaping how a health payer client identified at-risk behavioral health members, introducing a revolutionary approach that incorporated social determinants of health data and engagement factors. Her work with government agencies has addressed health disparities by analyzing the inequitable distribution of health care facilities access among different ethnic groups. Sakshi has also applied health care claims processing concepts, AI, and ML models to optimize invoice processing for a Fortune 50 financial institution.
Sakshi is a founder of AArete's Women's Initiative Network and DEI Center of Excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University and a Master of Science in business analytics from the University of Illinois at Chicago – Liautaud Graduate School of Business.
