The 2024 Rising Stars of the Profession: Molly Russell

Molly Russell is an Austin-based Senior Consultant within Cognizant's Greenlight Growth and Innovation Practice and has been with the company for almost two years. Molly brings over 10 years of professional experience in creative industries to her consulting work. She graduated with a BA in Art History from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She focuses on identifying the challenges that matter most to a client through active listening, empathy first and human centric approaches. She helps bring these challenges to resolution by methods grounded in seeking data and building knowledge. Molly is excited to be focused on the cross industry, high-energy, high-urgency field of Generative AI and is passionate about bringing an empathetic, collaborative, and fresh perspective to the work she does within Cognizant and with clients.
