The Two Roads mentorship program, integral to the company's apprenticeship philosophy, offers employees professional support beyond their immediate managers, fostering greater visibility and advocating for career growth. All employees are paired with mentors from day one, providing a nurturing environment and facilitating assimilation into the company culture. With senior associates mentoring while being mentored themselves, each mentor dedicates themselves to a maximum of two mentees, ensuring robust relationships. Emphasizing genuine connections over a checkbox approach, the program, managed by the People Management function, pairs mentees with cross-client mentors for diverse perspectives, with a focus on female-to-female pairings for enhanced empowerment. Each pairing lasts about two years, supported by dedicated funding for relationship-building activities, all aimed at driving professional development, enhancing engagement, and fostering a supportive culture within Two Roads.
