The 2024 Rising Stars of the Profession: Connor Kohlenberg

Connor Kohlenberg is a partner in West Monroe's M&A practice and leader in the firm's London office.

He is known for delivering West Monroe's most complex projects for key private equity accounts in the region including a $20B global carveout and 200,000-person merger across 22 countries.

Connor saw many PE clients with interest in Europe and three years ago, proposed the idea for a London office. He made it happen. He built a business case, presented to the board, moved to London, and spent nine months navigating the operational details of doing business in Europe. In 2022, the London office opened with Connor as the face of the office. Now, the team of 12 has advised on 65+ deals.

Connor's work as the youngest person to launch a new office and one of the youngest to earn partner, all while excelling as a consultant, showcases he's a rising star.
