Excellence in Leadership: Health Care & Well-being

Allissa Latham, Managing Consultant at Point B, excels in health care consulting and consistently delivers exceptional outcomes. Her sharp problem-solving skills have led to successful projects, including leveraging technology to enhance regulatory compliance at pharmaceutical firms, averting fines of up to $10,000 per day. Her work also includes implementing process improvement approaches like daily management systems in various hospital systems to optimize care quality and safety.

Her passion for health care, ignited by her diagnosis of Sjögren's as a pre-teen, fuels her commitment to creating a more equitable and accessible health care system. As a leader in diversity and inclusion, she co-founded Point B's Black Employee Network and has advocated for inclusive recruiting in consulting. Beyond her professional roles, Allissa serves on the Sjögren's Foundation board and coaches Miss Teen USA and Miss USA contestants.

Crowned Miss Massachusetts USA in 2018, she empowers contestants for success on state and national stages. Allissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (Health care Concentration) from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School.
