Consulting Magazine has announced that Emil Fernandez, Managing Partner at Spaulding Ridge has joined the publication's Editorial Advisory Board.
Emil has more than 25 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise business systems in the areas of ERP, Corporate Performance Management, Sales & Operations, Contract Lifecycle Management and Procure-to-Pay. Emil is well-versed in best practices for digital transformation and program management for major technology initiatives. He replaces Sarah Katz, Spaulding Ridge President, who served on the Board from 2021.

Before Spaulding Ridge, Emil founded Kerdock Consulting, an Oracle implementation firm, and grew the organization until its 2010 acquisition by Perficient, a publicly traded systems integrator and advisory firm. Following this, Emil grew and led the 200-person Perficient Oracle practice. He also acts as a business mentor and advisor for two technology incubators, the Houston Exponential and Capital Factory. A graduate of Rice University, Emil is based in Houston and has spent his entire career serving clients in the Texas region.

Consulting Magazine's Editorial Advisory Board was formed in June 2021 to serve as a guiding body for growth and relevance in the industry and includes 16 consulting professionals from large, midsize and small firms in the management consulting sector.
