Notably, his leadership at HCA International and US Dental Care Group facilitated the establishment of market-leading clinic networks across Eurasia and Central Europe, optimizing health care delivery on a global scale. Additionally, his consultancy expertise at Newbridge Group contributed to advising global brands such as KFC, Century 21, and Le Pain Quotidien on expansion and franchise strategies.
