Former Bozeman Health CEO expands firm's hospital and health systems practice.
Human capital advisory firm FMG Leading has expanded its health care advisory team with the addition of veteran industry executive John Hill. Nationally recognized for leading for-profit and nonprofit health systems and physician groups in both highly competitive urban communities and rural areas, Mr. Hill brings to the firm and its growing number of clients 25 years of health care executive leadership experience. He will serve as a Principal and an Executive Advisor to FMG Leading's Hospital and Health Systems practice.
Mr. Hill joins FMG Leading as health care organizations face one of the industry's most challenging environments to date, marked by extensive people-centric issues, including a shrinking workforce, leadership gaps, and historically low rates of engagement. Adding to these is the need for the highest level of performance to best compete amid continuing consolidation, reimbursement pressure and the shift to value-based care.

Mr. Hill is the former CEO of Bozeman Health in Montana. He also served as Senior Vice President and CEO at PeaceHealth Oregon West Network, President and CEO at HCA's Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza, and Chief Operating Officer of HCA's Medical City – Dallas. Today he serves as a results-driven strategist, operational advisor and coach, offering unique and experiential techniques to improve and build leadership impact.
