Acquisition of technology consulting firm expands offerings for health care, financial services and public sector clients.
AArete, a leading global management and technology consulting firm, has announced that it has acquired Legerity, a technology consulting firm based in Norfolk, Virginia.
This strategic acquisition will expand AArete's technology solutions and capabilities for its clients in health care, financial services and the public sector. The Legerity team brings extensive business and technical knowledge, including systems strategy and implementation expertise for Pega (workflow automation), and QNXT™ and Facets® (health care payer claims administration). Legerity is a Pega-authorized partner and brings a Pega-certified team to AArete.
