Consulting Magazine has announced that Anupam Govil, Managing Partner & Global Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships for Avasant, has joined its Editorial Advisory Board.
A recognized thought leader, business executive and consultant for nearly three decades, Govil is a technology evangelist who has curated and chaired Avasant's premium Empowering Beyond summits along with other leading industry conferences. Mr. Govil replaces Avasant Chairman & CEO, Kevin Parikh, who served on the advisory board from 2021.

A business executive and consultant in the areas of business strategy, digital transformation, technology sourcing and M&A, Govil leads Avasant's strategic sales and partnerships and is responsible for global growth and expansion. He is also President of Avasense (an Avasant subsidiary), which offers a Sourcing Governance SaaS solution. Anupam has more than 30 years of advisory experience with Global 2000, technology and PE firms, advising on strategic sourcing, tech investments, global expansion and M&A. He has advised global institutions such as World Bank, IDB, USAID, UN as well as heads of over 40 countries on tech driven economic development and digital transformation.
