Seattle-based management and technology consulting firm Slalom, has promoted Amy Loftus to chief customer officer and Kristine Santa-Coloma Rohls to chief people officer.
Amy Loftus will serve as the company's first Chief Customer Officer. Bringing a wealth of experience and innovation to the position, Loftus will play a pivotal role in steering the company in a recommitment to customer-centricity. Loftus will also continue to serve as President of the U.S. East Region for Slalom.
Kristine Santa-Coloma Rohls has been promoted to Chief People Officer, assuming the position from Lucy Hur, who will remain engaged with Slalom as a senior advisor. With this promotion, Santa-Coloma Rohls now oversees Slalom's Global People Team that creates programs for nearly 12,000 team members in eight countries and 49 offices. Santa-Coloma Rohls will also continue to serve as Chief Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Officer.
Amy Loftus, Chief Customer Officer, Slalom Loftus has more than 30 years of experience as a consulting leader and business executive in health care services. Prior to joining Slalom in 2016, Loftus spent four years at health care firm Accolade, where she was EVP for capabilities. Before that, she spent 22 years at Accenture, where she was latterly managing partner for North American life sciences. Loftus has a bachelor's degree in economics from Bryn Mawr College.

Kristine Santa-Coloma Rohls, Chief People Officer, Slalom Santa-Coloma Rohls succeeds Lucy Hur, who served as chief people officer for the last five years. Hur will remain at the firm as a senior advisor. Santa-Coloma Rohls has more than 25 years of experience supporting commercial and government clients on strategic, operational and organizational issues. Prior to joining Slalom in 2016, she spent 12 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she was a vice president. Before that, Santa-Coloma Rohls was a senior manager at Tribridge and a senior consultant at Accenture.
She has a bachelor's degree in math and statistics from the University of Florida.
