Program Title: Female Retention Program Program Overview: Two Roads started its Female Retention Program in 2019 to more closely reflect the demographics of the clients they serve and the community within which they live. The program is led by a cross-functional, cross-title group of female, client-facing consultants and has resulted in a staff that is 44% female consultants and a leadership team that is 33% female.
