Program Title: Community Through Diversity

Program Overview: Both the finance and technology industries are severely lacking in diversity, and TorreBlanc's goal is to be a part of the evolution of talent available in these sectors. Led by our female Chief Growth Officer, Joanna Herrick, the Community through Diversity program is an ongoing initiative. The implementation of these core values are executed through this initiative in three ways: Becoming actively engaged as a sponsoring organization for the promotion of diversity; monitoring and optimizing our diverse internal resources; and achieving and maintaining our Minority Business Enterprise status through our certification with NMSDC.

About TorreBlanc: TorreBlanc is a minority-owned investment management technology consultancy based out of Chicago, working to promote employment for minorities, women, LGBTQ and other underrepresented communities across finance technology. TorreBlanc is actively involved in each of these communities through memberships and sponsorships, supporting their clients in achieving DEI goals, and putting women and minorities to work in the industry.
