Consulting Magazine honored the 2023 winners of Consulting Magazine's Best Firms to Work at a gala dinner at the Lotte New York Palace in NYC, Sept. 14.
Systems Evolution Inc. (SEI) topped the list for large firms for the very first time, a spot held by Boston Consulting Group for the previous nine years. Greencastle Associates Consulting moved up one position from last year to occupy the No. 1 slot in the small firm category.
This year's roster of 51 honorees was divided into large (firms of 251+ billable consultants) and small firms (20-250 billable consultants) and includes a mix of familiar names as well as many making their first appearance.
For 22 years, The Best Firms to Work For awards has showcased firms whose policies and practices promoted environments that positively affect individuals' work-life balance, job satisfaction, mental health, work quality and productivity.
