CMAG: What's unique about your firm? What sets it apart?
Our people strategy. Based on our business strategy and values, we talent acquisition strategy is to build talent. We don't try to compete and buy talent. Only 24% of our team members are traditional hires and the others were non-traditional hires. In return, we put a lot of effort and energy into training and curated a career plan that aligned with their strengths, curiosity and potential. We hire strange renegades, people who are drawn to the flame of opportunity and entrepreneurs. The ambiguity, the challenge, the freedom intrigues them and are willing to think and be outside the comfort zone. We find people by partnering with local Georgia institutions and bootcamps to discover the finest talent across the U.S to join our phenomenal team. There is no room for ego; only humble and ambitious individuals with a passion to drive change.
