We create opportunities for our team to grow in certain areas by elevating our service offerings to highlight the strengths and expertise of our people, services and products. We encourage education and growth and we find that turnover stays low because our team members feel heard and appreciated and are committed to striving to always make it a better environment for their peers. Our WeCare initiative is one that stands out for our team as well. We commit to this initiative to make an impact in our local communities which is meaningful personally for each of us. In addition, we utilize the expertise and wisdom of our team members to contribute and publish insights from our team. We are introducing Certify to as many people in the ServiceNow space as possible. We have developed an app that helps streamline and automate audits. It is built and implemented by us and has been successful in saving significant time and money for customers looking to simplify their audit process. We know from our customer feedback that this app can revolutionize the process of audits and we are committed to making sure companies know that it is available and we are ready to set it up for them and save them time.

CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2024, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your markets?

At Pathways, we are always striving to extend our reach and serve clients across the globe. As technology continues to speed along at a breakneck pace, we expect to find more and more demand from companies to streamline their operation and improve their efficiency with workflow automation.
