CMAG: How would you say you've managed to stay among the industry's Best Firms to Work For amid these unprecedented times?

At Logic20/20, we aspire to be one of the best places to work for and do business with, purposefully putting our people first. While this is a bold statement, we take a humble approach to achieving this goal, knowing there are many ways to create a "best firm to work for." We've always put a strong focus on our culture and values, investing in programs and initiatives that support both. We've continued to evolve those programs as our business has grown and shifted from fully in-person, to remote and now hybrid. We're also committed to hiring individuals who seamlessly integrate into this culture, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose. Putting people and our vibrant culture at the forefront is not just for our present team; it extends to those who will join us in the future.

CMAG: Were there any specific programs or initiatives (internal or external) that contributed to you being a Best Firm to Work For?

We've built a number of high-impact programs, designed to support our culture of innovation and improve the employee experience. Our employee-led committees have been instrumental in fostering an inclusive workplace culture, with groups that range from DE&I and Women's Committee to the Environmental Committee and our Consultant Advisory Board (the birthplace of many of our company-wide policies and initiatives). Our sabbatical program provides opportunities for personal growth and rejuvenation, ensuring that our team members remain motivated and engaged. Our recognition programs celebrate everyday displays of our values, recognize above-and-beyond contributions and encourage delivery excellence. While we've built fantastic programs over the years, our strength lies in the evolution of those experiences, sunsetting those that no longer make sense and investing in those that better support our current teams and future direction. For example, pilots for We Works and Consulting Days post-pandemic have now transitioned into formal programs, as our teams found that in-person collaboration improved both their experience as Logicians and the development of innovative solutions. Additionally, our people have real pride in our culture and are guardians of its values—upholding them in their day-to-day work and playing a crucial role in selecting new consultants who embody our shared vision and ethos. We hire for that values-and-culture fit, and it shows daily in the way that our teams show up for each other and our customers.

We take a confident yet humble approach in our aspiration to be one of the best companies to work for. Our focus is not merely on accolades, but on creating an exceptional workplace experience for our team. We strive to be among the outstanding companies that value their employees' growth, well-being, and professional fulfillment above all else. It is our commitment to fostering a culture built on continuous improvement, innovation, and a sense of belonging that truly sets us apart.

CMAG: What's the top priority over the next 6 to 12 months?

Over the next 6 to 12 months, our first priority will remain consistent: We will provide an exceptional experience for our team members and clients. Simultaneously, we'll continue to diversify our portfolio of customers and solutions. Our culture of innovation and the collective strength of our teams ensure that we consistently deliver high-value consulting solutions, which are foundational to our continued growth.

CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2024, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your markets?

As we embark on the journey through the remainder of this year and into 2024, we feel a genuine excitement surrounding the vast opportunities ahead. Our robust expertise in Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics and Strategy & Operations positions us as a driving force in helping clients integrate large language models like ChatGPT and Board. By staying at the forefront of innovation and nurturing our talent, we create meaningful impacts for our clients, empowering them to thrive in the ever-evolving business landscape. The possibilities are boundless, and our commitment to excellence fuels our passion for unlocking new frontiers and fostering transformative growth.

CMAG: What impact do you think being a Best Firm to Work For has on the firm? Employees? Clients?

Becoming a Best Firm to Work For, as an accolade and as an experience, has an impact on our employees, our customers, and our ability to attract top talent. It's a testament to the collective work of our team and their dedication to maintaining our "Culture of We." While it's fulfilling to receive this recognition, it's even more important to be a part of something that we've all built together.
