Our internal mentoring program has ensured that all employees, whether in office or remote, remain connected to the firm. This extra level of contact and support has maintained the type of team cohesion that we prefer.

Eigen X provides an employee focused culture that aims to create an innovative and flexible workplace while maintaining the work-life balance required to keep employees engaged and happy.
CMAG: What's the top priority over the next 6 to 12 months?
Eigen X continues to expand into new markets. In the next 12 months we plan to accelerate the growth of our DC area office by adding additional employees and clients in that market.
CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2024, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your markets?
The expanded use of AI from an experimental demo to a core component of how we deliver solutions for our clients.
CMAG: What impact do you think being a Best Firm to Work For has on the firm? Employees? Clients?
Employees value the "Best Firm to Work for" designation as it reinforces the message the Eigen X is focused on maintaining a culture of adaptability and team focus. The firm uses this continued feedback to add benefits and programs to maintain our "Best" status. It is also quite valuable in recruiting new employees.
