CMAG: How would you say you've managed to stay among the industry's Best Firms to Work For amid these unprecedented times?

At Collective Insights, we have a very team-oriented culture. We compete together as a team to deliver the best services to our clients and not as adversaries trying to highlight individual achievements at the expense of others. We both succeed and face challenges as a united front.

CMAG: Were there any specific programs or initiatives (internal or external) that contributed to you being a Best Firm to Work For?

We host monthly social events, have a generous PTO plan with floating holidays and a hybrid work model. We also have various community programs we support which gives our team the opportunity to volunteer in the communities we love.

CMAG: What's unique about your firm? What sets it apart?

We take a whole-life, whole-team approach to what we do. We're great at our work because we hire and work with great people. People we trust to challenge us with diverse perspectives. People we like to hang out with. People in whose lives we invest, and who do the same for us. We are stronger, smarter, faster and more fun together.

CMAG: What's the top priority over the next 6 to 12 months?

From hire to retire, we want to engage our employees and manage the full employee lifecycle with integrity. In turn, our employees can give back to their families, our clients and our communities. Identify and cultivate capabilities and services that are future focused taking CI and our clients to the next level of transformational evolution. Operationalize them through process, frameworks and tools to stay relevant in the industry. Community impact has been a key tenet of our company since Day One. As our company grows and matures, our impact should scale alongside it. Drive continuous and necessary improvement with a focused strategy that educates and enhances our CI Family and the services and capabilities we provide our clients.

CMAG: What impact do you think being a Best Firm to Work For has on the firm? Employees? Clients?

Hire great people from diverse backgrounds who are approachable, collaborative, and willing to go the extra mile. Build teams of consultants who care about clients, are smart, capable, fun to work with, and know our clients well enough to fully invest in their success.
