We offer above-industry compensation and benefits and professional development. We train all staff on our in-house "Chevo Way" program, which is a one-day training that goes over our culture based on our Pillars (internal core guiding principles), as well as our consulting methods. We provide career advancement and continuous engagement through company events (e.g., biannual meetings, picnics, holiday parties, Brown Bag lunches).

Continuing to expand our footprint in the federal marketplace, which also provides career advancement opportunities for our consultants.

CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2024, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your markets?

We're seeing a lot more of our clients needing and wanting strategic advice and implementation of those strategies, which is one of our core strengths and aligns with our motto of Change and evolve.
