CMAG: How would you say you've managed to stay among the industry's Best Firms to Work For amid these unprecedented times?
One thing that has been core to Spaulding Ridge since the firm started is our values. They are top of mind with all of the decisions we make, and our people embody humble, hungry and smart attributes that set us and our clients up for success. In professional services our people are everything and continue to lean into our culture as we scale.
CMAG: Were there any specific programs or initiatives (internal or external) that contributed to you being a Best Firm to Work For?
We are very focused as a growth firm in how we can continue to support and develop our people. We have an in house learning and development team running our leadership training programs. Our semi- annual people and culture days across all of our offices globally allow us a chance to connect, collaborate and provide clarity on our focus areas and growth for our "bandmates" as we refer to our employees internally. We've invested in our diversity, equity and inclusion programs across the globe with all company calls monthly discussing various internal employee programs for us to refine how we support our team.
CMAG: What's unique about your firm? What sets it apart?
While it may seem cliché to say, our values and people are core to where we are today and will continue to be essential for our success. Our portfolio of offerings provide an entire cloud solution across business functions that is a point of differentiation for us across the industries and markets we support. We can be nimble and agile in custom implantations while having deep functional expertise.
CMAG: What's the top priority over the next 6 to 12 months?
We are incredibly focused about we can continue to expand our offerings to support our clients and our people and their career paths with expansion in our data solutions business. It's relevant to all the services provide and core to where the industry is going broadly.
CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2024, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your markets?
Across our markets we are bullish about our growth in EMEA and the offerings across our partner network we can provide our clients globally to serve their needs. We're excited about continuing to provide more than one offering in our portfolio to all of our clients as they mature in their cloud transformations.
CMAG: What impact do you think being a Best Firm to Work For has on the firm? Employees? Clients?
Our talent is top priority for us to continue to recruit and retain and being recognized as a top firm to work for allows us to bring in the best of the best. We want to set everyone up to succeed so we can provide efficient execution, another core value of our firm. To our clients, we believe our people allow us to solve their most challenging pain points across finance, revenue and data solutions in the market.
