We continue to foster our strong, collaborative culture, creating an entrepreneurial, inclusive environment that allows us to continue to best serve our clients and engage our team.

What sets Huron apart are the experiences we create for our employees. We continue to build upon our deeply held values and strong commitment to enabling mission, purpose, and belonging across our diverse employee base to make a difference in the world through the work we do each day. We remain focused on fostering an environment where our people feel valued, respected, connected and enriched. One example of how we bring this to life is the introduction of a sponsorship program to support the growth and development of underrepresented talent while continuing to advance a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion across the firm.

The growth, development and well-being of our people is critical to our success, and we will continue to invest in career advancement and professional development opportunities for our talented team, building on our collaborative culture that is at the heart of what makes Huron so effective in serving our clients and attracting and retaining top talent.

CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2024, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your markets?

First, I'm excited to work side-by-side with our incredibly talented team, who are the most critical driver of our growth strategy. We will continue to invest in our talented team, building on our collaborative culture that is at the heart of what our clients experience in working with Huron. Second, the growth opportunities that lie ahead for our business. In the first half of 2023, our companywide revenues grew 25% over the same period in 2022, reflecting the deep relationships we have with our clients and our ability to address the full range of their strategic, financial, digital and operational needs. Together with our extensive industry expertise, and breadth of offerings, including our rapidly expanding digital capabilities, we believe we are well-positioned to help guide our clients through their transformation journey and achieve a more sustainable future.

CMAG: What impact do you think being a Best Firm to Work For has on the firm? Employees? Clients?

The recognition reflects our commitment to excellence in all that we do. Being named a Best Firm to Work For 13 years in a row reaffirms Huron as an employer of choice and trusted advisor to our clients.
