We owe our year-over-year ranking to the talented and dedicated people who make up CapTech and the relationships we've established with our clients. Our people continue to champion our core values and drive exceptional outcomes by relentlessly pursuing what's possible. The partnerships we establish with our clients allow us to solve important business problems — ultimately becoming a valued trusted advisor. This creates an incredibly exciting and rewarding environment for our CapTechers to be a part of and build a career within.

CMAG: Were there any specific programs or initiatives (internal or external) that contributed to you being a Best Firm to Work For?

Our culture and our people are what define us. This year, we have continued to find ways to strengthen our companywide initiatives through the following:

  • Continued to hold monthly leadership listening sessions to gather feedback directly from our consultants.
  • Rolled out our Employee Value Proposition – representing the value that we as a company provide to our employees.
  • Established three additional Employee Resource Groups centered around families, neurodiversity, and Hispanics at CapTech to help further our Core Value of Belonging.
  • Created an LGBTQ Benefits Resource Guide that identifies health care treatment options and points of contact for LGBTQ colleagues.
  • Increased our fertility and road to parenthood benefit offering.
  • Continued to promote corporate well-being through our Mental Health Partnership.
  • Revamped our PTO policy to provide our people with more options for how to use their time off.
  • Developed a PTO Donation Bank to give our employees the opportunity to voluntarily share a portion of their PTO with co-workers who have exhausted their PTO and need additional time off for an emergency.
  • Extended bereavement time for immediate and extended family based on employee feedback from our internal engagement survey.
  • Stood up our Corporate Social Responsibility program – CapTech Cares – to create a better future through corporate philanthropy and responsibility in service to our communities and the environment.

Over the coming months, our focus remains to strategically grow by harnessing the latest technologies to deepen our industry expertise, be laser-focused on client relationships, and create learning and development opportunities that support our CapTechers career and company goals.

CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2024, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your markets?

CapTech continues to bring the data, systems, and ingenuity that organizations need to stay at the forefront of what's possible while giving back to the communities that help make our company successful. We are excited to be able to meet our clients where they are and provide a more solutions-based approach to help solve their complex business problems. Whether it's leveraging the cloud, solving customer experience challenges with data, or creating an individualized, industry-specific solution, CapTech is eager to share what's "next" by harnessing the latest technologies to provide value and success for all our clients.
