Being a people person, I really enjoy working with a variety of client teams on high impact initiatives. My proudest achievement is when my mentees share with me their experiences and success stories. It gives me immense joy to watch them grow and demonstrate resiliency and tenacity. They are a constant source of inspiration for me. We together form a collaborative team and, challenge each other to be intellectually curious, be innovative and think ahead of times by leading with empathy.

What's the best advice you've ever been given?

I've been truly fortunate to be mentored by motivational leaders throughout my career. The best advice I've received is to "pay it forward." These 3 simple words are incredibly powerful in shaping one's professional career and making a huge impact. I've been lucky to be supported by highly motivational mentors and role models who have inspired me to practice selfless leadership and set me up for success by striving to reach my personal best. By following the advice I've received, I am hoping to continue mentoring and supporting individuals early in their careers by giving them perspectives on an ever-changing landscape of opportunities. And I sincerely hope that my mentees in turn, pay it forward and help others.
