What has been the biggest factor in your success so far?

I have always been very passionate about changing status quo, pushing myself, my team, and my organization to be better at everything we do. My strong passion coupled with perseverance and surrounding myself with good role models has been the key factor in my success thus far. What do you enjoy most about your career in the consulting industry? The variety of the work, the pace of change which pushes me to stay on top of my game, and the complexity of the business problems we need to solve for.

What is your proudest achievement to date?

I know that I feel the most proud when I can influence my team's (or other team members) careers to grow. When I see those that have followed me get promoted through the ranks and start to create their own change, I feel the most pride and joy.

What's the best advice you've ever been given?

I was told very early in my career that even when you are right, it may not be right to rub it in someone's face, especially in a public setting. I have always remembered this in my work with others – to be humble and gracious in our work.

What does this recognition mean to you?

This recognition is most definitely a milestone for me. I have always admired women that excel in leadership and I have had many mentors and role models throughout my career. To see myself as one of those leaders now is incredibly exciting and validates all that I have achieved.
