Julianne is a Principal in EY's Advisory Strategy Practice and EY's Digital Transformation Architect Leader, based in Boston. With more than 20 years of experience in strategy transformation, digital and customer experience, Julianne has worked with clients to develop and execute growth strategies across a variety of industries including telecommunications, media and entertainment, consumer product goods, health care, utilities and financial services. She has a primary focus on Digital Strategy and Customer Experience, working with clients to help them embrace digital disruption, delight their customers and deliver superior digital business performance.

What has been the biggest factor in your success so far?

My desire for constant learning. A former boss once said to me, "Julianne aren't you a little old to still be learning?" My response? Constant learning is the only to solve our client's most pressing issues in new, creative and unforeseen ways. Technology growth never stops. Neither should your drive to learn.

What do you enjoy most about your career in the consulting industry?

I love the creative solutioning. Each client is like a big puzzle. I thrive when I can look at problems in different aspects and different ways.

What is your proudest achievement to date? \y journey. I have reinvented myself throughout my career, attained my MBA, transformed some of the world's largest organizations all while building a family. I am very proud of how I have managed my priorities and been creative in managing my time at work and being present and active in the lives of my two children.

What's the best advice you've ever been given?

Always be learning. Today it is the only option as the pace of change and technology is moving faster than ever before. There is always something to be learned. Keeping connecting the dots and be curious.

What does this recognition mean to you?

Validation that I'm having an impact on my clients and my teams! When you're in the day to day of strategy and delivery, it's hard to remember that you are personally making a difference – whether it be in the outcomes that our clients are able to achieve or in the inspiration and development of the next generation of leaders.
