What do you consider your greatest personal or professional achievement?

Personally, my greatest achievement is that I was able to educate myself and work across many different cultures.

Professionally, I am proud of the work I have done here, from building a team and a practice from scratch to growing it to one the fastest growing business for the company. That too with a 100% referenceability from customers.

What advice would you give a professional just beginning a career in consulting?

As a consultant, always try to give advice which, if you were the customer, could have practically and immediately implemented. If you can't implement what you consult, then it's no good. Your customers put their trust in you and always value it more than the fee they pay you.

What have you loved most about your consulting career?

The sheer volume of impact- Building GCoE for global companies has a huge impact on the future of those companies, on the economy of the countries where they are built, and 1000s of new and top jobs it allows to create.

What's the best advice—personal or professional—you've ever received

Personal Advice In any relationship, personal or professional, don't ever lose your goodwill and integrity. These words have stuck with me since I first heard them.

Professional Advice As a leader, it is important to constantly remind oneself that just like 5 fingers are not of same size, but all are needed to function as a hand, all team members are not going to be of same caliber but everyone comes together to make an important functioning unit/team.

What does being honored as a Global Leader mean to you?

It brings me immense joy because it builds on my and my team's confidence that we are doing something right. Gears us up to do better.
