What do you consider your greatest personal or professional achievement?

It's not yet achieved! Building the Information Governance Advisory practice from a single product to a domain capability is the greatest challenge and thus far the greatest satisfaction. To build the capacity, to introduce the value opportunity and to change mindsets is the best accomplishment!

What advice would you give a professional just beginning a career in consulting?

Be bold. Explore the edge cases and build relationship skills. Technical success is critical, but can be eclipsed by strong relationship skills.

What have you loved most about your consulting career?

Helping people achieve their goals and helping them change their points of view. Being able to influence a fellow consultant and help them think about their approach is the most rewarding part of the career.

What's the best advice—personal or professional—you've ever received?

The past is only experience – it doesn't mean that you are only what you have been. Step forward into the present and future.

What does being honored as a Global Leader mean to you?

It is humbling to be included with such a group. The acknowledgment of hard work and dedication along the journey to this point is the key for me.
