The Consulting Collective, held in conjunction with the 2022 Women Leaders in Technology awards gala in Austin, delivered thought-provoking and interactive insight into matters impacting our profession.
The panelists addressed topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the professional services industry and compared current successes and failings in DEI initiatives, as well as the state of the ongoing process.
Panelists included:
- Rahsaan Shears, Principal, KPMG: 2021 Leading Women in Consulting Diversity Champion and leader of KPMG's Executive Leadership Institute for Women.
- Terra Davis, Client Diversity & Inclusion Manager, Norton Rose Fulbright: Member of Norton Rose Fulbright's Racial Equity Council.
- Josey Clack, HR Director at Voiant and recipient of the 2022 Women Leaders In Technology, Diversity Champion recognition.
