Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

Pivot Point Consulting is committed to being future focused. When COVID-19 began, we successfully adapted our services to provide our clients with what was needed given the changing market. Through an increased focus in our Managed Services, Data & Analytics and Virtual Care services, we were able to experience year-over-year growth throughout the pandemic and beyond.

We consistently provide our clients with what they need before they even know they need it. In today's challenging and increasingly dynamic environment, we have demonstrated that Managed Services meets the challenges of the Great Resignation, budget constraints and health care organizations' uncertainty of future concerns. Our Data & Analytics services also support our clients during times of financial constraints, providing each organization with the right data to make more informed decisions.

Furthermore, our Virtual Care services recognize that the delivery of health care is changing. We have worked with our clients to help them meet their digital goals and, in turn, provide better health care for their patients. We invest in our people and our relationships. We have a strong culture and were ranked #6 Health Care Supplier in 2021 by Modern health care's Best Places to Work during the pandemic because of our continued investment in our people. Our teams are now meeting again in person, fostering increased collaboration, and providing relationship and EQ training.

Consulting: How would you say you've managed to maintain growth during the unprecedented past three years?

Pivot Point Consulting is progressive and agile, and we have proven that we can successfully navigate changing dynamics. We have remained focused on our quality of services, as well as client, consultant and employee satisfaction. The combination of the pandemic, the Great Resignation and global economic challenges required us to be intentional in recruiting the best people. Our priority, regardless of growth and oncoming challenges, has been and continues to be to provide quality service to each client.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Pivot Point Consulting has experienced consistent year-over-year growth and 2022 is our biggest growth year. Our three-year year-over-year average growth rate is currently 12.5%. We attribute this growth to exceptional client service and a strong culture.

We have consistently been ranked and scored highly by KLAS. In 2022, Pivot Point Consulting ranked as the #2 Best in KLAS: Overall IT Services Firm by KLAS (after being 2020 #1 Best in KLAS Overall IT Services Firm) and #2 in Partial IT Outsourcing after recently launching our Managed Services.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2023? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Given the volatility of the U.S. economy, we are positioning our firm to respond to industry challenges associated with inflation, as well as rising supply chain and cost pressures. We will continue to invest in Managed Services, Data & Analytics, Virtual Care services and our ERP services as areas of opportunity given today's market needs.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2023?

The two challenges we're expecting for 2023 are the shifting trends in recruiting and retaining talent, as well as the challenges associated with global economic market conditions. To prepare for these challenges, Pivot Point Consulting will remain focused on our quality of services, as well as client, consultant and employee satisfaction. The combination of both the Great Resignation coupled with global economic challenges requires us to be intentional in recruiting the best people given an increasingly limited, but more distributed labor market. We recognize that year-over-year growth has the potential to lead to a decrease in quality. Our priority, regardless of growth and oncoming challenges, is to continue to provide quality service to each client and we've evolved our delivery and relationship framework to support our exceptional quality standards.

Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?

A spot on this important industry list is evidence that we are tracking with our vision: To be the partner of choice for health care organizations and consultants by building strong relationships, providing reliable solutions and resources and always producing outstanding results for our clients.

Consulting: Any additional comments?

Pivot Point understands the importance of caring for our people and for our clients, which is why we've invested in a dedicated Happyologist to support our employee, consultant and client well-being. We also provide The Advantage leadership training, EQ coaching and Black Swan training to continue to nurture a strong culture and strong relationships. Both are not only imperative to the growth of our firm, but also to foster the next generation of leaders. We're people first, people led—always.
