Shan: There are many factors to highlight but the top three are as follows. First is our core leadership which manages the growth of the organization bridging between client expectations and delivery, second is our Core Values i.e., Integrity, Client Delight, Commitment & Diversity which drive our employees and finally enabling empowerment across the organization.
Consulting: How would you say you've managed to maintain growth during the unprecedented past three years?
Shan: In spite of the tremendous shake-up due to the pandemic, we were set to face the challenges in this business with a focus on cutting-edge technologies. We have positioned ourselves with an innovative mindset and quick turnaround strategies which have resulted in significant growth in the last few years.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Shan: Our focus and strategies are around increasing the client base and partnerships. This has contributed in a great way to the firm's growth. We continue to face some of the pandemic challenges like putting back the workforce into on-site opportunities. We are confident in overcoming these gaps.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2023? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Shan: We have a strong clientele and are in the process of growing our client base in various domains providing opportunities for local talent. Our focus is on providing delivery of exceptional quality using our proven processes. Our continuous effort in creating long-term relationships with our clients as trusted partners has put us on the fast track. One of the promising opportunities for 2023 is further expansion to additional countries.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2023?
Shan: Currently our challenges are putting the workforce back to physical office locations, the number of employees not adopting the vaccine mandate policy, and competitive client bill rates.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Shan: We feel very proud of our organization for the recognition of our services for more than two decades. This has helped us in generating additional business opportunities, a great sense of achievement to our organization, bringing reassurance on our quality process among our clients and a better brand image for the organization and our employees.
