Ephrem: A unified team willing to hustle together, lock arms and solve our customers' pain points with innovative solutions that meet them where they need us.

Ephrem: 2022 is shaping up well, as we continue finish the year strong that builds the right momentum going into 2023. Additionally, we see next year being more transformational as we pivot to solve 2023's problems for our customers.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2023? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Ephrem: We are cautiously optimistic – based on current market headwinds and volatility. We see opportunities to bring our customers closer to their vision for a unified customer experience for their end-customers delivering end-to-end connected experiences that drive greater ROI for our clients.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2023?

Ephrem: Scaling our teams with great talent that understands and can implement on our vision as our client roster grows.
