Kaiser: Our current forecast is 50% year-over-year growth

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2023? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Kaiser: Very optimistic for 2023. We will continue to double down on our ongoing innovation-as-a-service offering to the marketplace and we expect to see a much more extensive pool of middle market customers that are left behind due to the consolidation of our competition being pulled into the enterprise services sector due to acquisitions by global professional services firms.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2023?

Kaiser: Increasing cost of labor from highly skilled Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite consultants in a competitive marketplace, developing talent internally from entry level college grads to fully functional consultants, and cross-training our team between Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce
