We operate across North America and Europe, and focus on implementing digital technologies under the office of the chief financial officer.

Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

Ursick: There are three main and consistent factors that contribute to our growth year over year. First is our solid culture that has remained intact since Day One and gotten stronger through our exponential growth. The second is our phenomenal team members who have decided to join us on the journey. And lastly is the consistent quality and camaraderie approach we deliver across all our clients.

Consulting: How would you say you've managed to maintain growth during the unprecedented past three years?

Ursick: We focused on our abilities and kept investing in our people, clients and capabilities. We stayed true to our core values of teamwork, accountability, growth mindset, grit, and joy by supporting one another. During the past three years we deepened our skillsets and made pivotal organizational updates in our organization to boost the growth in people and services. Our people continue to deliver the best work, serve as culture champions, and make Clearsulting what it is today.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Ursick: This is our strongest year yet. We added multiple fortune 100 clients, word-class talent and additional digital capabilities. We also deepened our presence in Europe, and acquired WorkOps, a company based in Toronto, accelerated our growth in Canada. All while we continue to add experienced talent in our US offices. We are excited to see how the rest of the year pans out.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2023? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Ursick: The outlook for 2023 is really strong given the demand for office of the chief financial officer is to automate finance and accounting processes. This is what our company was founded on and the areas we focused on through our growth year-over-year. We have the best people in the world who are passionate about innovation and automation. With their passion and expertise, we will deliver transformational and innovative solutions.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2023?

Ursick: The biggest challenge has been balancing high growth with increased quality for our clients. Our goal is not to grow just to grow. We want to grow intentionally while providing our people with the greatest career opportunities and our clients with the best quality in the market.

Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?

Ursick: This is a great honor that means a lot to us. It validates that we are making a difference and living our values.
