Since assuming the role of CEO in 2021, we have surveyed our team, updated our policies, invested in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and addressed issues such as emotional intelligence and wellness at work. CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2023, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your future?

It's hard not to be excited about the consultants who have joined Avaap in 2022 and are contributing to client successes from day one. I'm equally excited to see the collaboration across the team and innovative solutions being developed that address our client's biggest challenges in higher ed, healthcare, government, and other industries. With Workday experiencing year-over-year growth, there are a lot of opportunities for our team to demonstrate their expertise and expand our capabilities to help clients successfully adopt new ways of working.
