We value being one of the industry's best firms to work and have managed to do so during these unprecedented times by investing in our people and demonstrating that our consultants are our number one priority.

Since assuming the role of CEO in 2021, we have surveyed our team, updated our policies, invested in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and addressed issues such as emotional intelligence and wellness at work. We also instituted a recognition platform where peers can honor each other for how they contribute to creating a great place to work. We continue to strengthen our culture and celebrate consultants who live out our core values.

Avaap's top priority over the next six to 12 months is accelerated hiring to meet the growing needs of clients seeking Workday, change management, and data and analytics expertise to advance their digital transformation initiatives. .

CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2023, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your future?

It's hard not to be excited about the consultants who have joined Avaap in 2022 and are contributing to client successes from day one. I'm equally excited to see the collaboration across the team and innovative solutions being developed that address our client's biggest challenges in higher ed, healthcare, government, and other industries. With Workday experiencing year-over-year growth, there are a lot of opportunities for our team to demonstrate their expertise and expand our capabilities to help clients successfully adopt new ways of working.
