West Monroe
Mentor of the Year
Kirsten's extensive carveout and merger integration experience helps her clients navigate around the risks and accelerate the rewards. She led a complex diligence and execution project for a fresh food manufacturer—and the expedited separation and plant consolidation saved $1.6 million in transition costs.
From advising on more than 50 transactions, she has built extensive skills in pre-close IT and operations due diligence, post-close execution, enterprise resource planning (ERP) assessments, and business process design during transactions. She focuses on applying this expertise in the consumer & industrial products and manufacturing and distribution industries.
She joined West Monroe from Deloitte Consulting, where she managed numerous sales-facing workstreams for SAP ERP initiatives. She has a degree in finance, supply chain management, and technology management from Indiana University.
A natural team builder, she started the Women in M&A group within West Monroe, with the goal of increasing the representation of women on the team by focusing on recruiting, retention, and development. She also started and co-leads a leadership team for principals, architects and managers in the Chicago office. The group serves as a sounding board for office leadership and promotes multi-disciplinary collaboration.
She has a passion for recruiting and training and participates actively in developing and leading training sessions for experienced and campus hires.
