What do you consider your greatest personal or professional achievement?

"I consider my greatest achievement to be attaining success in both my personal and professional life. Consulting can be a difficult lifestyle, but I have succeeded in adjusting my career to meet the needs of my family and vice versa.  I have learned how to prioritize my time and set boundaries that have allowed me to make the biggest impact at work while having a positive impact on my kids' lives and being present."

What advice would you give to a female consultant just beginning her career?

"Become your own person, discover your passion and never be too good to do the smallest of jobs."

What excites you most about your consulting career?

"I am blessed to work for a consulting company that puts its clients and people first. I have been supported in developing new teams and expanding investments to create new solutions and services in the market. I am deeply passionate about creating care delivery models designed to support the whole person. My consulting career allows me to build these solutions and collaborate with clients to drive real change for patients across the country. I continue to find purpose in my daily work and learn and grow.  I can't wait to see what the future holds."

What's the best advice—personal or professional—you've ever received?

"Always be running toward something; never be running away.  As you grow in your career, you will try out different roles and career paths that provide an opportunity to deepen your own skillset and leadership style along the way.  You will learn from both good and bad leaders.  As you make changes in your career, always run towards leaders and roles that you can learn from, roles you are passionate about and opportunities that will allow you to expand your thinking and learn new things.'

What does being honored as a Woman Leader in Consulting mean to you?

"I am fortunate and humbled to be honored as a woman leader in consulting. Twenty years ago, when I started my career in consulting as an analyst, I never dreamed I would be receiving an award like this.  I am deeply grateful to my family, Huron, inspirational leaders who have gone before me and my amazing team.  Without these individuals, I know I would not be where I am today."
