When asked what he enjoys most about his career in the consulting industry Nischay Mittal comments, "Given the dynamic nature of the consulting space, and the breakneck speed at which the automation space is evolving, you can never get comfortable! Leading the Automation practice from the ground up at Zinnov beginning in 2019, Nischay has fostered consistent 100% growth in ARR year over year and 30%+ profitability maintained across customer engagements and increased the number of clients by 300%

Mittal attributes his success to date to several factors including a mission statement to become the #1 consulting company for Automation across the globe. "Every step that we've taken since 2019 has been a step towards this vision which has kept me and my team motivated." He also notes management support and buy-in has been unparalleled, and the confidence and support from the CEO and Managing Partner has been pivotal to the success of the Automation practice.

He additionally attributes success to a great team, bringing specific capabilities – domain capabilities, tech capabilities, enterprise exposure, or certifications. "This team has been hand-picked and built over the years into a formidable group adept at managing client delivery, business development, implementation, and thought leadership."

Mittal follows up, "The Automation practice has been incepted like a start-up within Zinnov and hence an innovation culture to test new offerings, experiment and work in a fail-fast approach."  He adds, " We have a maniacal focus on customers. What's the best advice you've ever been given?

The best advice given to me was by our CEO – the mantra of "Gradatim Ferociter" as quoted by Jeff Bezos. This means "Step by Step Ferociously" which we have imbibed into our practice!
