Consulting Magazine has recognized the profession's Best Firms to Work For for more than two decades. We believe showcasing the effort companies invest to ensure the happiness, engagement and professional fulfillment of their greatest asset inspires others to do the same, or even up their game. Firms of all sizes benefit from investing resources to build attractive and fulfilling work environments.

More than125 firms submitted entries for this year's Best Firms to Work For, resulting in  8,000+ surveys to be reviewed and evaluated. Those submissions presented quantifiable data, descriptions of programs, stories of operational excellence, employee engagement and work environments that make their workplaces the best in the industry.

The Best Firms to Work For survey is the largest and most in-depth employee satisfaction survey in the industry. The list of this year's winners proved their firms deliver on matters spanning culture, career development, client engagement, compensation & benefits and firm leadership. As always, we were inspired to hear the glowing praise employees had for their firms.

This year's roster of 39 honorees includes a mix of familiar names as well as many making their first appearance. This year marks the eighth consecutive year that Boston Consulting Group has taken the top spot on the Best Firms to Work For catalog, a truly remarkable achievement. On the Best Small Firms side, Stafford, Virginia-based, Cask Government Services makes an impressive debut at the No. 1 position.
