Consulting Magazine 2021 Best Firms to Work For Winners Honored at Gala
Consulting Magazine's "Best Firms to Work For" winners were announced at the annual awards dinner Sept. 9 at Swissotel, Chicago.
Congratulations to Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for its number one position on the list of large firms, a position held for more than five years in a row, and to Cask for topping the small firms list for the first time.
Thirty-nine consultancies were recognized out of 125+ submissions. Judges reviewed more than 8000 individual surveys to determine this year's honorees.
This has been a challenging and transformative year—conducting our personal and business interactions via computer screens and a matrix of tiny images of our colleagues and peers, but in compiling this year's winners, we were inspired as we read about the resilience of so many firms. Even more so, we were impressed with the efforts to incorporate (or further inculcate) the happiness, well-being and work-life balance of employees, not only as a means to improve employee satisfaction but also increasing value and service quality for their clients. We believe this holistic combination to be at the core of intelligent and exceptional business operations.
