"It is even more special being recognized while at Clearsulting as it validates the strength of our team, the opportunity for growth, and confirmation that we are building here is special."
She believes women need to feel comfortable being underrepresented in this field and feels lucky that she was raised with four brothers, and notes, "I see this more as an opportunity to differentiate myself and bring another perspective to the table. Having a strong work ethic and point of view makes gender less relevant."
Q&A: What is your greatest personal or professional achievement?
Howard also identifies the best decision she has ever made was to join Clearsulting, "I have had the opportunity to play a foundational role in building a company driven around culture and instilling core values of grit, growth mindset, accountability, joy, and teamwork," she says. "This has led, and continues to lead me, to obtain my greatest professional achievements while paving a path for our next emerging leaders."
