Consulting recently caught up with CEO Adrian Travis to discuss the firm's stellar performance.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Travis: At Trindent we have 3 core values – we strive for perfection with urgency, we have a passion for solving complex problems, and above all, we value character before skill. These values dictate our approach to supporting our clients, and our growth is a testament to these values.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Travis: Notwithstanding the Covid-19 disruption, 2020 is shaping up to be a strong year for Trindent Consulting. We are seeing not only opportunities from new prospects, but repeat business from existing clients. We continue growing our team and are on pace for one of our most successful years to date.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2021? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Travis: We believe 2021 has the potential to be a landmark year for Trindent's success. We are rapidly expanding and adding skilled consultants to all verticals in our already strong team. We are seeing opportunities across all our industries, as well as continued geographic diversification. We are also increasingly seeing dividends from past successes as more and more clients are returning to us with new business challenges to solve.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2021?
Travis: When you are growing at our rate, the bar is always being set higher. As we grow, our expectations of ourselves grow; and our clients continue to set a high standard for the results they expect from us, particularly those who have engaged us before.

Travis: Being named as one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms is a significant and proud recognition for us because we are being measured against our industry peers. Consulting is a challenging industry, particularly when you seek to address the most complex business problems, as Trindent does.
