Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Sweeney: At Spinnaker, our commitment is always to our people and our clients. Our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of people and organizations we serve. By staying laser focused on these two goals, Spinnaker has become financially stable, recruited a pool of experienced financial leaders as consultants, and built a book of clients with a high retention rate.

Sweeney: We are on track to have a good year.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2021?
Sweeney: Positive – our growth will come from continuing to help financial institution solve acute and critical problems, maybe resulting from COVID-related challenges, new priorities, and regulations.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2021?
Sweeney: Continuing to develop and build brand awareness. Managing our growth trajectory while staying true to our core values and mission.
