Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

Engelhardt: Our team has a level of grit that is not commonly found in the marketplace. We have worked extremely hard, at all levels of the organization, to build a special firm – one that clients want to work with and colleagues want to work for. We have heavily invested in our team members – from expanding existing members' skillsets to strategically hiring new individuals with unique skillsets. We have also aligned with market-leading software partners that complement our service offerings.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Engelhardt: We are expecting continued growth throughout 2020 and are focused on growing annual revenue, despite struggles in the economy.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2021? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Engelhardt: Clearsulting is not expecting to slow down anytime soon. We continue to invest in and grow our team and firm. We look forward to continuing to develop unique solutions for our clients and contributing to their growth as well.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2021?

Engelhardt: We will continue to work in a highly competitive environment, with pressure on fees as many industries are struggling. We will really focus on our unique, process-driven approach to solutions and rely on our team's amazing ability to develop deep relationships with our clients.

Engelhardt: Our team has worked incredibly hard throughout the past 5 years. To be recognized by Consulting Magazine underscores that all the work we've put in has really driven us to be a recognizable brand in the market. We appreciate the recognition we previously received from Consulting Magazine as Best Small Firm to Work For — and we're excited by being named a Fastest Growing Firm.
