Consulting caught up with Brady recently to discuss the firm's outlook, performance and ranking as one of the fastest Growing Firms to Work For.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Brady: In 2019, TRINITY expanded across all major service areas and solutions, as well as completing the acquisition of industry-leading benchmarking services provider, TGaS Advisors. We also opened our first EU office in Munich, Germany to serve our global client base, as well as expanded our staff and management team in Gurgaon, India.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Brady: We've seen considerable growth in our Insights and Analytics practice, and created new Centers of Excellence in key areas including Real World Evidence, HEOR, Pricing, Reimbursement, Access and Contracting, and Launch Excellence. We also transitioned to a new name, brand/logo and website in June, repositioning TRINITY in the market and establishing a new corporate identity. It's been an exciting year for us.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020?
Brady: In 2020, we see growth opportunities specifically in the areas of Real World Evidence for commercial teams, pricing, access and reimbursement/contracting as specialty products continue to be developed and approved for immuno-oncology, gene therapy and rare diseases. We also see business needs emerging for improved commercial data management and reporting, enterprise wide forecasting and analytical solutions. We continue to see growth for both organizational support and analytical services for Commercial Operations, as many large pharma companies look for ways to improve communication and collaboration across functions. We are also working more and more with emerging, pre-commercial and first launch companies, who need evidence-based solutions and experienced partners as they prepare for commercialization and Launch Excellence.
Consulting: What are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?
Brady: Our biggest challenges are related to our growth, as we expand new service offerings as well as make investments in optimizing the client experience. TRINITY is committed to going above and beyond what is expected in our work with clients, and we must maintain that quality and commitment while we continue to innovate and meet the demand for new solutions and services.
Consulting: What does being named a Fastest Growing Firm mean to your firm, employees and clients?
Brady: TRINITY is thrilled to receive this award again, especially as we continue to invest in our team and in the work we do with our clients. TRINITY's success is based on a highly collaborative culture and team committed to engage, challenge, create trust and innovate as we seek to meet and exceed customers' needs.
