Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Travis: At Trindent we have three core values; we strive for perfection with urgency, we have a passion for solving complex problems, and above all, we value character before skill. These values dictate our approach to supporting our clients, and our growth is a testament to these values.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Travis: 2019 has been another strong year for Trindent. We are on pace for our best year ever and continue to add skilled consultants of all levels to our already strong team.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Travis: It's early, but 2020 has the potential to be our best year ever. We are seeing opportunities across all industry verticals, as well as continued geographic diversification. In addition, we are benefiting from past successes as more and more clients are following up on successful engagements with new business challenges for Trindent to solve.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?
Travis: When you are growing at our rate, the bar is always being set higher. As a firm our expectations are always increasing, and our clients also expect an incredibly high standard from us, particularly those who have worked with us before.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Travis: It is a very meaningful recognition, particularly since it is amongst our peers in the consulting industry. Consulting is not easy, particularly when you seek to address the most complex problems as Trindent does. This recognition goes to each and every Trindent employee—our growth and success as a firm is a result of their consistent effort and dedication to our clients.
